Generation Combustion offers a wide range of automatic air blower control systems for air-assisted flares.
Generation Combustion air blower control systems include air blower, flow sensor assembly and variable frequency drive.
Located at grade, the blower is used to bring the air in through an air duct and to inject air directly into the waste gas stream at the top of the flare tip - resulting in smokeless burning. The flow sensor monitors the relief gas flow rate and adjusts the blower speed automatically. The retractable flow sensor assembly includes a ball valve and packing gland for removal of the flow sensor, if required, while the flare is still operating.
Generation Combustion has the knowledge and experience to provide the most cost-effective air blower controls for your application.
